When you hear about the Internet, you hear about blogs (short for "web logs"). A blog is a way of adding content to a web site, usually sorted in reverse-chronological order of posting date. This means the most recent blog post is always the first one showing.

PRESS RELEASE
Portland, OR - October 25, 2007 - This week, AAPH opened a virtual conference center in the new, 3D Virtual Environment known as Second Life. Presently boasting over ten million members and an active economy of over $1 million US dollars spent in-world every day, the virtual world created by San Francisco based Linden Labs can be used for virtual meetings, online classes, exploration, entertainment and events such as live music concerts, art gallery shows, and gaming. Education is one of the main areas of development and interest for the technology.

CODE OF ETHICS
AAPH Code of Ethics and Professional Standards apply to practicing hypnotherapists and other multidisciplinary group professionals. All members must adhere to the Code and Standards established.
AAPH members are dedicated to the enhancement, dignity and potential of hypnotherapy and the uniqueness of each individual, thus striving for continual professional advancement in the field.
As an AAPH member, I pledge to:
1. Neither claim nor imply professional qualifications exceeding those possessed by me and I take responsibility for correcting any misrepresentations.
2. Maintain confidentiality between hypnotherapist and client, unless unlawful issues dictates otherwise.
3. Maintain respect of the client and awareness of the intimacy of the client relationship. I avoid engaging in activities, which may include, but are not limited to, those of a sexual nature, or that seek to meet my personal needs at the expense of that client.
